At NoteworthyDecor.store, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Below is our detailed shipping policy, which outlines how we handle your orders from purchase to delivery.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Your order will be processed within 2–5 business days. After processing, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and your delivery address. Our fulfillment partners, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, will handle shipping based on the product and destination.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2–3 business days after processing.
- Priority Shipping: For faster delivery options, please select priority shipping at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We do offer free shipping on certain promotional items or orders over a specific amount. Please check for any available promotions during checkout.
3. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, NoteworthyDecor.store only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we may expand to other regions in the future.
4. Order Processing
Once you place an order, we will begin processing it within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. Please note that once the package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship outside of the United States. However, we plan to expand our shipping options in the future. Certain products may have restricted shipping methods or zones based on their size or weight, and we will notify you if your order falls under these restrictions.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once the carrier has marked them as delivered. However, if you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, it can no longer be changed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
9. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. NoteworthyDecor.store is not responsible for delays or issues arising from an incorrect address. If you realize there’s an issue with your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
