Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, yes.
Because most items are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes.

Returns & Quality

Because most items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind, size preference, or aesthetic reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
