1. Damaged or Defective Products
We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives with any defects or damage, we ask that you follow these steps:

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please note that customized or personalized items are final sale unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you contact us promptly, we will do our best to assist you before shipment.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective. If a return is approved, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) only.
8. Exceptions & One-Time Courtesies
